Higashizawa Rose Park (Murayama City)

Higashizawa Rose Park is a beautiful park centered around one of Japan’s largest rose gardens and three lakes.
In October 2001, it was the only rose garden in Japan to be certified by the Ministry of the Environment as one of Japan’s “100 Selected Scent Landscapes.”

In April 2015, it was certified as a one of the nationwide “Lover’s sacred place.”

The area of 7 hectares boasts about 750 different kinds of beautiful flowers.

*Notes​ Temporary parking lots usually open on Saturdays and Sundays will not be this year.
*If the number of people entering the orchard exceeds a certain number, there may be restrictions on further entry.
*Make sure to wear a mask in crowded areas such as the entrance ticket offices and the indoor facilities.
