The owner and roaster, Mr. Tsukioka, adjusts the roasting time and heating power of his machine according to the temperature and humidity of the day and roasts.

Inside the shop, you can find seasonal muffins, quiches made from local ingredients, pies and canelés.

You can also buy eight types of single origin coffees carefully selected from production areas around the world so that you can enjoy your favorite coffee at home.
