The Bunshokan (old prefectural office) is a brick building in the early modern British architectural style built in 1925.
It was designated as a National Important Cultural Property in 1984 as it is a representative building of the Western-style architecture of the early Taisho period.

You can enjoy the glamorous appearance of the past through the building’s photogenic exterior and decorated interior.
Concerts and theatrical performances are held in the former parliament hall which serves as a venue for various cultural activities.
