A former bank in the Aterazawa district, which once flourished as a port on the Mogami River, has been renovated to create the Oe Town Community Center ATERA, a place where residents and visitors can connect with each other.

The first floor houses a café and a gallery space that can be used as-is from the bank’s former safe, while the second floor houses a lounge space and a rental hall, making it a community center that anyone can use casually.
