The recommended item is Ekubo Bijin. La France pear pulp is kneaded into white bean paste and baked in the shape of a La France pear. The gentle sweetness and refreshing aroma are irresistible. This sweet won the highest award, the Honorary President’s Award, at the 2017 National Confectionery Expo.
