Hours at harappa soba & caffe are divided into soba time and café time.

For soba time, in addition to standard menu items such as Yamagata’s specialties niku-soba and niku-chuka, the basil soba with basil dipping sauce made with special shrimp stock is popular.

During café time, soufflé pancakes, smoothies, various drinks, alcoholic beverages and snacks are available.
