Validity of reservations
3 days including the reservation date
*Please check the expiration date in the reservation completion notification email or on your My Page.
*If you wish to pay by credit card, the payment will be processed at the time of application regardless of whether or not you have exchanged the ticket.

Application restrictions
Each person may apply for up to only 8 tickets per venue.

Please pay at FamilyMart stores nationwide or by credit card.
*We accept VISA, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards.
*The payment name and details for card payments will be “EVENTIFY ticket fee.”

Ticket retrieval
Please collect your tickets at FamilyMart stores nationwide.
*The voucher number required to issue your ticket can be found on “My Page (Reservation/Purchase History)” after logging in to the website where you made your purchase.
*Enter the “exchange ticket number” (13 digits beginning with “4”) required for ticket issuance into the multi-copy machine installed in your nearest FamilyMart store, and take the “application ticket” (receipt) issued by the machine to the cash register counter within 30 minutes.
