In the flower garden of Mt. Jizo and Mt. Sanpokojin, there is a large seated stone statue of a jizo with a height of 2m built in August 1775.

This jizo was made by combining five large stones and two more for the pedestal.

Originally, this jizo is considered to be a ‘koyasu jizo,’ but it came to be called a ‘misfortune warding jizo,’ as there were victims of bad weather in the area.
