Located along National Highway No. 13, Soba Shop Soemon is located in an impressive traditional structure built in a style called “Karafu shikata-ryu samurai-zukuri.”

Mainly using soba flour produced in the prefecture, you can enjoy “Mogami wase” flour from autumn to spring, and “Dewa Kaori” flour depending on the season.
The “santate” method of soba preparation consisting of “freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled” noodles is used here.

The special broth made with this honbushi bonito, soda bonito, and bonito goes well with freshly made soba while it enhances their deliciousness.
