Summer Popular Recommended Sake

Over 100 kinds of Yamagata sake and local cuisine side dishes that go well with sake are lined up for two days on August 26 (Sat.) and 27 (Sun.) at Kajo Central in Yamagata City.

Sake from about 50 sake breweries in Yamagata Prefecture will be available, and the sake brewers will deliver their quality and passion for sake brewing while pouring the sake.

The side dishes are unique and fun delicacies of Yamagata, a treasure trove of food! There will be a large variety carefully selected for pairing with Japanese sake.

And this time, there will also be a corner where a chef who knows the charm of the local area offers a menu that goes well with sake.

In addition, the venue is open to anyone, so please feel free to visit even if you are not participating in the sake tasting. (Non-alcoholic menu is also available.)
