2. Sakata City beach

3. Beach in Tsuruoka City

・Yunohama Beach

Yunohama Beach is one of the largest beaches in the prefecture, stretching along a long coastline in a hot spring resort area.

It is a popular spot for marine sports such as surfing and sea kayaking.

・Kamo Rainbow Beach

Kamo Rainbow Beach is a beach that has been developed as an artificial sandbar and rocky shore.

・Yura beach

Yura beach offers a beautiful contrast between Hakusan Island and the sunset, and has a long stretch of clean sandy beach, which has been certified as one of the 100 best beaches in Japan (Ministry of the Environment).
