Yofukuji is a temple of the Soto sect that stands on a scenic hill on the way to Zao Dam.

Inside the main hall, there is a drawing of a dragon.

The temple was founded in the Kanei era by the 6th head priest of Mt. Chitose, Yoshiyoshi Takeiwa, a high priest. At the entrance to the precincts, there is a Rokujizo statue built in 1671, and a memorial service Jizoson statue built in 1732. There are many stone sculptures such as statues, and a child-rearing Jizoson statue hall.

There is also a gravestone for Masugoro Nakamura, the founder of the Takarazawa play.
