Soba Shop Shojiya (Nanokamachi Gotenzeki)

  • img

Shojiya was founded as a soba teahouse in Yamagata Castle during the Keio era (1865-1868).

It is the longest-established soba restaurant in Yamagata.

The Nanokamachi Gotenzeki branch has a modern and open interior that is typical of the city center, while retaining the taste of the Saiwaicho main shop.

You can enjoy a space that is different from the main shop for a weekday lunch, an evening drink set and a menu with more than 10 kinds of local sake and many snacks.

In addition, soba kaiseki is a popular menu where you can enjoy seasonal Yamagata food and soba in a full-course collaboration.
(Reservation required for soba kaiseki until the day before)
