A shuttle bus connecting Tsuruoka City and two mounts of the Dewa Sanzan (three sacred mountains of Dewa), Mt. Haguro, and Mt. Yudono, will operate from July 3 (Fri.) to October 12 (Mon.), 2026 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, holidays, and Obon season.

Buy a ticket for unlimited rides within the implementation period (however regular bus routes are not included).
You can transfer to express buses [Sendai Line / Yamagata Line] at Shonai Asahi Bus Stop. It is a great value shuttle bus that will get you to your destination safely and without getting lost.

No reservation is required; tickets can be purchased from the conductor upon boarding the bus.
