The Sakata Summer Festival features a dance parade by local citizens accompanied by Sakata Jinku dancers.

Walk-in participation is also possible, so please come and join in the dancing and enjoy the summer in Sakata.

In addition, a large number of festival stalls will gather in Nakadori, offering delicious food, and a music festival will be held in Chuo Park to liven up the festival.
